correction the valve assembly i removed was on the hyd section that is not connected to an arm the one connected to the cross arm was not removed since it seemed to be operating smotthly. well I rebuilt the the 3 pt best I could , replaced the gaskets and the seals and still no 3 pt operation Thanx for listening and all the support

well the diverter valve and hyd pump seem to work well .. took the control box off and open the control valve section ( towards the front ) and found a lot of of what looks like congealed oil .. the issue was that at 2600 rpm I was getting some oil flow but the arms would not go up. Whats funny...

does anyone have any experience rebuilding one of these

Finally got it back together and now the three point rises by itself. I did loose the stop pins for the proportioning control so not sure where the stops are. Any suggestions or should the 3 point raise itself Tom

I have a b8200 with the same issue. I cleaned the proportion valve and hyd oil with no improvements. is there away to test the hyd pump itself. The PTO works but the three point arm will not lift Also how I tell what year it is Tom

I cracked the line at the bottom of the pump and got fresh looking fluid .. when I cracked the output of the diverter valve no fluid .. I did try turning the bypass valve with no luck also
