    OK, when I remove the chain both sprockets turn smoothly. I did notice that the sprockets are not perfectly lined up. should they be? they are like 1/4" off.......thoughts?

    Lower the three point assembly for middle buster.

    Any pointers on how I get the three point structure down lower? I tried all afternoon to get my middle buster down as low as I could get it, but it goes into the ground 6" at best, I'm planting tulips and would like to get to 8" at least.....do I need a new/different downrod? Any pointers are...

    Shear Pin Frustration

    Many thanks to everyone who helped! I suspect I have problems that will require a rebuild this spring, but I got it all working again - for now. I loosened the bolts on the bracket that holds the gear box in place. I then took a long crow bar and wedged it in there to bring the whole apparatus...

    Thanks for the response. Just pushed into a heavy large pile when it broke. But nothing that would move all the parts back??? yep, I took the chain off to see if the driving shaft would move.....no luck.
