I haven't been able to locate the fuse, but is the power a steady 12v or is it some kind of pulsed signal? I really don't want to take off all the tin to chase this wire down

My fuel pump stopped working, so I bought a new one. Hooked it up turned the key, still doesn't work. Lines are clear, but I don't seem to have a electrical signal to operate the pump. Where does the power come from? Is it a pulse, a steady voltage not sure how the pumping is activated. The...
