    F2521Q Quick Attach

I really don't know for sure what machines it will fit. It's just what came with the blade when I bought it. I ended up buying the correct hitch for my BX and just have this sitting in the corner of the barn waiting for a new home.

I do still have the quick hitch. How does $100 plus shipping sound? Patrick

    F2521Q Quick Attach

I do still have the quick hitch and am willing to sell it. Does $100 plus shipping sound fair? Thanks, Patrick

    Home built mini kubota

I had a Case 646 loader that I swapped out the gas Onan twin for a Kubota Z482 diesel. It was a pretty awesome setup, but it is hard to beat the 4wd and power steering of the BX I have now. Link to the engine swap I did: http://gardentractortalk.com/forums/topic/31482-case-646-kubota-z482/

    Rear Hydraulics

I did the same thing, sold a Case 444 and Case 646 to get my BX2660. As you know, it was hard to get the 444 to go slow enough with the slow turning Case tiller (around 120-135 RPM at the tines). The BX's lower volume hydraulic system would slow the tiller down even more. I felt it would be...

    Cheap Hydro-Bagger project

Ingersoll (formerly Case) GT's hydraulic system usually puts out between 8.5 to 9.5 gpm depending on the exact model and year. The hydrabaggers/vacs are run off the rear PTO (hydraulic motor spool valve). The PTO is plumbed in series with the main tractor travel control valve, such that it...

Tie down Plate for front of M5140

I know this is just a BX, but here is what I did. Welded a D ring to a plate with holes drilled to match 2 unused holes in both the guard and the tractor frame. Took longer to paint than to make.

    BX5450 Snowthrower (w/pics)

Excellent timing as I go pick up my new quick attach at the dealer on Saturday. I am just going to run a blade for the rest of this winter and watch for a deal on a blower in the off season. Great information.

    Hydraulic Quick Connects

It seems like Kubota uses the ISO 7241-1 Series B couplers for most front loader and other front attachments. Rear hydraulic remotes seem to use the agricultural ISO 5675 couplers.

Identification and operation of Hydraulic quick connect

You should be able to just push the male end in. They are probably the "two way" couplers - with those you can pull the collar out or push it back to connect them. Usually what are used when the couplers are mounted that way. They are probably "Pioneer" 1/2" couplers, also know as ISO 5675...

Wanting a new Plasma cutter for 1/4" ??

I have the Hypertherm Powermax 45. It is an awesome machine. I bought it at the local Miller dealer on their recommendation. I told them I would mostly be cutting 1/4" and this machine is rated to run 1/2" pretty much 24/7. Rule of thumb seems to be get a plasma rated for twice the thickness...

    Z482 wiring schematics

I put one in a Case 646 loader. Wiring is very basic on these. Here is a generic Kubota wiring diagram that includes the glow timer.

    F2521Q Quick Attach

About a month ago I picked up a TG2754 blade for my BX2660. It came with an F2521Q quick attach which I knew wouldn't fit my BX, but it at least gave me the male portion of the QA to maybe fab something up. Well digging around it looks like the F2521Q was made for the F2100/F2400 front mowers...

Hey Myparadise, I am looking for a BX2751 quick hitch and live over in Midland. How much are you asking for it? Thanks, Patrick

    Fuel

Diesel fuel is a light oil, oil doesn't go bad from sitting. Lots of diesel equipment around here on the farms that sit for most of the year (like the combines) with fuel in the tanks and no problems. Algae in the fuel is pretty unlikely in new cans in your climate. If it were me I would pour...

    Z482 powered log splitter

I put a z482 into a Case 646 Loader to replace an Onan 16.5hp gas engine. It has tons more power than the gas engine ever did. Same concept as in the Case the engine only runs a hydraulic pump (single stage in this instance). They are sweet little engines! Swap info and lots of pics are...

Hauling a Kubota BX on a 10 foot trailer

The point being that hauling a 2000 pound tractor is more than within the safe limits of the vehicle being used. These BX's weigh less than a typical small car.

Hauling a Kubota BX on a 10 foot trailer

Xterra's and Frontiers have larger brakes than most 1/2 ton trucks and are rated to tow 5000 lbs. In fact my '06 Frontier is rated to tow 6000 lbs. I hauled my 2660 with loader and 60" mmm home on the highway (70 mph) with no trailer brakes and you couldn't tell. It was on a 16' tandem...

Buildling a shed for my B2620

Looks really nice. I also am just finishing up a shed for the tractor. In my case it is a lean too off from the back of the existing pole barn. I ended up with a 10'x7' garage door (still have to install that!) and an 18' x 24' shed. It is just a gravel floor but that is all it really needs...

How Can you tell the year of your Kubota?

It's not exact, and they could have been changed in the past, but the wheels usually have a date of manufacture stamped in them. It can give you a ball park idea at least. The wheels usually would have been made before the tractor was, so it can tell you the tractor is no older than XXXX.
