Do any Kubota front end loaders have a "float" position ? A know it all friend said all front end loaders have this...I know my after market Allied FEL doesn't have a float position. I operated many loaders, including articulated, but never noticed about a float position . Maybe I don't pay...

Yeah, I believe the blade out in front is only good for pavement... I have done a lot of snow plowing in a variety of vehicles, driven off road in Jeeps and so on.

It's winter here finally with a good snowfall last night and today....And my B7100 is not so good as a snow plow. I've got a 60 inch blade attached to the loader bucket that looks good....But the aftermarket bucket doesn't have "float" so the operator has to make make constant bucket adjustments...

The loader installation is finished. When plumbed into the port on the right side, you turn the knob then need to put the three point lift control lever in the raised position for the loader to operate. Of course the three point won't operate when the knob is turned. No big deal I made a strap...

Another guy told me if I use that port the oil will flow only when the three point lift control valve is used ? I'm thinking you know more than him....

If the copper ring isn't damaged it can be annealed to make it soft again. Just heat it red hot , let it air cool or plunge in water. Either way it'll be soft again. Copper sealing rings found in auto parts stores are usually cheap copper that has been work hardened when stamped out...Anneal it.

I also have a complete Kubota brand 48 inch belly mower for sale as removed from my 7100. In my case the front loader frame fouled the front mounted PTO and mounting brackets. I prefer a rear mount mower....

I fabricate hand made parts for motorcycles and hot rods so a pump mounting and drive shaft is no problem. 6-8 gpm hydraulic pumps are about 200 bucks for a cheap one,I have no idea what a larger Kubota pump costs. My wife is going to use the machine so I'll see what she says.

Seamlessly meaning bolt on with no fabrication? Allied claims their FEL is designed to work with the 7100 hydraulics...From my experience building bikes I tend to be suspect of such claims, so I'll keep your suggestion handy...

Wolfman, thanks for the info. The smaller diameter tube goes directly from pump to the three point. I have to dig into the loader kit to see what's in there. Supposedly Allied supplies every thing, hoses, control valves etc. The kit is on the way to my place as we speak... Info on the...
