B7800 with exhaust stack, and muffler removed

I modified the new exhaust to take care of a few problems like vibration that could possibly crack the manifold and the loud sound... Took my original mods to a muffler shop I had used in the past and he came up with a flexible connector and he had a used muffler off of a Harley, he modified...

B7800 with exhaust stack, and muffler removed

Still in the development stages, I do agree that it does need more support and possibly a flexible connector after the manifold, also the sound is pretty loud when operating, so I am going to figure our some way to baffle it down a little. The tractor seems like it has a little more power...

Modified air intake, air filter stays cleaner..

The pipe is an extremely tight fit onto the filter housing, even if it wasn't a little air leak would be before the air filter. The pipe I used actually had to be forced onto the plastic nipple on the air filter housing.

Modified air intake, air filter stays cleaner..

The pre-filter is the orange cap, it draws air in from the bottom over directional fins causing a cyclonic action (sorry about that Dyson) then has 2 vents near the top to let the dust out, it takes some of the dust out, also having the intake up where it is, there is less dust than where the...

Modified air intake, air filter stays cleaner..

Just finished modifying the air intake on my kubota B7800, moved the air intake up out of most of the dust and added a pre-cleaner. The pre-cleaner removes a lot of the dust and keeps water from entering the intake. I maintained the original air filter and greatly reduced the amount of dust...

    Home made snorkel for RTV-900

. I removed the intake portion from behind the cab, part before the actual air filter then used the hose to connect to a 90 degree pvc elbow which connected to a thin wall pipe to run up to just below the roof, then I connected a pvc drain p trap to point it down (do not want water getting in...

    RTV 1140 CPX Customization

Why don't you just build a removable box out of plywood for when you want to move the rocks and wood? Then remove it when wifey wants to use it.. You could also build it with taller sides to haul more. Or you could use a removable rubber mat.. I have a rubber mat like they use in gymnasiums...

    Kubota RTV 1140 CPX

I have the RTV 900 not he 1140, but am very pleased with it, I added the roof a windshield and put clear plexi for a rear window, also a mirror and winch. They are virtually indestructible, Go anywhere, dependable vehicles. Unlike a lot of other side by sides they are built more like a tractor...

To B or not to B, is the question.....!!!

Forgot to mention, some people out there may disagree, but I always leave mine in 4 wheel drive except when I am transporting it on flat surface roads. When not in 4x4 you only have rear brakes and when going down a grade the weight is shifted to the front making the rear end lighter thus no or...
