LX2610 60" mid mount mower adjustment.

I run my B2650 at about 1900 rpm....does a good job cutting, and is way more fuel efficient. My mid PTO is 1:1 with engine, so 2500 engine rpm equates to 2500 mid pto speed.

Kubota b7200 front drive shaft oil leak

The yellow plug on my B2400 had a dipstick. The oil level was well below the fill port when full on dipstick. I believe it just covered the axle shaft inside of case.

B2650 exhaust pipe and muffler cracking

I noticed the same thing with my exhaust pipe last night. I have 275 hours on mine. A few minutes with mig welder had me back in business, but I am going to take a closer look at muffler in a few...

    If true it sucks

I had a problem with mine partially engaging mid and rear PTO at same time. When mid was engaged, the rear would try, but just made a rattling noise thru the ROPS. I was able to fix the issue by taking the linkage that selected which PTO was in use, and adding a little more bend in the...

B2601 Power Steering Not Working Correctly?

It sounds like the center seal inside of steering ram has let go.

Need advice please on leaking axle

Re: Small leak on L3940 front axle I replaced one on a B2400 a couple of years ago and it is actually pretty simple. A good pair of snap ring pliers is a must. I used some Permatex Ultra Gray to reseal the outer hub to housing. My seal had 2 pieces, and I didn't realize that the collar that...

    buying a box scraper

It should handle the 60" with ease. I had a 60" King Kutter that I used behind my B2400, and it handled it just fine. If you are using the scarifiers, high range will be out of the question on the B2650, but you wont have a problem filling the box and using it! I have only used it for light...

    B2150 HST doesn't move

Will it move freely if placed in neutral and pushed by hand?? This would check for a brake/ driveline bind. If it moves free in neutral, you are going to need to check hydro pump pressures to further diagnose I believe.

    Learning to Weld

A mig welder is a wonderful tool to have, but if a budget is tight and you really want to learn to weld, You can pick up a stick welder much cheaper (you will probably need 220v access tho...). A friend who has some experience with stick can show you the basics, and the rest is practice...

Is there anything to tune up?

I think Kubota recommends checking valve lash at 800 hours.

    B2150 tires

If yours is 2wd, you will only sacrifice some speed with the 12.4/16 as I'm thinking that is a slightly shorter tire.

    Newbie Advice Please

At 1600 hours, my 94 B7100 didn't leak a drop. Those little 7100's are tough little tractors. The hydro pedal issue could be the hydraulic damper attached under footboard to the pedal linkage. It controls how fast the pedal returns to center.

    B2601 LED Headlights

    B2601 LED Headlights

I found some Sylvania Zevo 7506 bulbs that were a direct fit and a huge improvement over stock bulbs. I believe I bought them at Advance Auto Parts, but I cant find them online anymore....they used the 1156 base (BA15?) And had a domed, opaque end on them. My next attempt at better light will be...

    PTO, clicking sound when DISengaged

I had a similar problem with my new B2650. I could hear the clicking thru the ROPS, especially at lower RPM. I found that the linkage wasn't allowing it to disengage all the way. The guide on fender wouldn't allow it to move all the way into neutral, so I removed linkage and added some bend into...

    Kubota Starting Issue

Check your connections at starter solenoid for corrosion. I had a similar issue with my B2400, after cleaning the spade connectors, it worked like new!!

    L2501 pedal

I had a similar issue with my B2650. Like you, I'm 6'3" with a 36" inseam, and the pedal wasn't comfortable. I used some 1 1/4" square tube and made a riser for my seat. This helped considerably.
