Thanks for the reply. This is a situation that I'll never figure out. Somehow, something got jammed up into the 3ph mechanism. Since I didn't have a torch set, a bottle of map gas and a big C-Clamp help bend the "ear" back whee it is supposed to be. It now works fine.
