What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Screened dirt with the L6060 loading the screener and the Kx033 taking care of the tailings and slash. Son helped so throughput was increased. Rain and t-storms in afternoon so was able to burn some slash piles. We are only allowed to burn between 5p to 5am with a permit unless it is raining or...

Hoping so G man. Will send off to coop extension service for analysis. In the meantime, gotta keep chugging along to get those pikes cleaned up.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Rented soil screener and started working on slash piles. Very efficient at separating slash but slow. 5 day rental will not be enough for all my piles. What a dusty mess. Tractor covered with red dust inside and out, No water on site so she needs to sit like that until the next rain, poor...

    Aiming the forks.

Does getting out of the cab 26 times count as a few times? Lol. I have uneven dirt and gravel terrain to contend with as we are clearing and grading after timber harvesting this winter so it makes it a bit more challenging. Once I get a level pad down, life should get easier.

I can see them tilted up. But not when they are level at ground.

    Trailer Advice

Was thinking the same. Pull forward and shift the weight onto the hitch. Fortunately, my drop down ramps have the built in ramp supports that contact thr ground just rearward of where they connect to trailer. In fact, sometimes depending on slope of road, they contact the ground before the...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Yep. Used to cut down trees when I was younger but these days, I am far more cautious and picky about which ones I do myself. If my "spidy sense" starts tingling, I'll call a pro to do it. I worked in healthcare and saw plenty of lifelong professionals with serious traumatic injuries. If that...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I wear the helmet with face cage guard, Not convinced that it would help in a kickback situation but it does keep bigger chunks out of my face.

Nice stone work. Laid by hand? Not easy to do well

Get rid of yellow jacket nest above ground?

Call a local beekeeper (contact a local club). The suit will protect them. Soapy water is quite effective at suffocating them if it can be sprayed adequately. Otherwise, hornet spray is effective at a distance at night.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Fantastic production rate with Suoer split and it handles all but the biggest rounds. Occasionally have to give it a double tap for the bigger ones. Sips gas. Not sure if pic shows it off well but I have the typical box store hydraulic splitter under the tarp next to it for the crazy big rounds...
