    Introduction, and a question(of course)

figured I would fool with it a little more before pulling the pump, when I loosend and even removed the delivery pipe-PS line, No fluid came out. With the tractor running I would have thought even a loose bolt would result in fluid spurting everywhere. I thought I would post a pic, perhaps...

    Introduction, and a question(of course)

may seem like a silly question but how long would a safe estimate be for an average joe to pull the unit? Looks fairly straight forward but I've been fooled by appearances before. Paul

    Introduction, and a question(of course)

anyone have any tips on whether the ps needs to be bled? When I got the tractor the metal line,Kubota calls it the delivery pipe, was missing the bolt that attaches it to the pump, ordered one of those and still no PS, my thought is air in the system? Introduction, and a question(of course)

Thanks for the heads up, I actually have been working with the tractor all summer like this and it does get tiresome. We did replace the line that goes from the pump to the steering box, I wonder do we have to bleed it and how do you go about this? Here are a couple of pics of the tractor...

    Introduction, and a question(of course)

need to replace one of the valve assemblies, the loader sat so long in one position, the plunger rusted where it was exposed so there is no seal once the plunger goes down that far and it leaks , still will work but you'll end up with a shoe full of hydro fluid after a little bit . just the...

    Belly Deck conversion

Has anyone toyed with the idea of converting a belly mower into a 3pt rear mower? I wonder how difficult this might prove I recently came across a RC60-25 for my L2250 but attaching and detaching seems to be a pain. Thanks for the thoughts guys! Paul

L2250 Fuel Pump leave off or put on?

I recently lucked into a L2250 which had been sitting for 4-5 years. with the helpful advice from this forum we replaced the bad injector pump with a pump off an old L2050 and it's been working well. Now the question, the l2050 did not use a fuel pump so when we put on the injector pump we...

L2250 Injection pump assembly cross reference

Although the injection pumps are different I think perhaps I can use the injection pump off the L2050 on the L2250- it appears that the L2050 has the fuel pump integrated in to the injection pump while My L2250 has separate fuel pump from the injection pump. My thought was to use the integrated...
