    Tractor Down

If your thinking of maybe getting a doggy ... Most of the terriers will also give the mice and rats a run for there money ... Cats are more independent and work for me as I'm gone alot, they are also very patient killers! Leaving your hood open can help, (if parked inside) so can dryer sheets...

    Daily Chuckle

You mean like this idiot the other day? 5 minutes after arriving at my gate, I hear him on the phone saying in broken English "wrong address" ... Just behind the open lid is a sign that says "You're @ (my address) in 10" tall letters and numbers ... My street number is 4 digits, my neighbors...

    What's cookin' boys?

My bread machine was great for making bread, until the gears stripped out, I could dump the ingredients in, plug it in beside my driver's seat, and 3 hours before I planned to park for lunch, I push the start button ... It would maintain the right temperature inside for the dough to rise evenly...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Yes, they have there application ... And of course we also need to take into consideration the "safety" factor ... Such as holding a door on a car, or airplane ... And the liability that goes with it ... But holding on a bucket cutting edge isn't a top concern to me.

    What's cookin' boys?

While I have many others in my kitchen at home, I can only bring so much stuff here in my little blue house ... Bowl is less than 9" inside ... Here it is with bread dough this morning ... Turned into this by afternoon! It really hard for me to resist fresh baked bread ... I only ate half...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Grade 8 bolts are over kill for these little tractors ... Grade 2 (no markings) are more than adequate ... 7 or 9 of even the little 1/4 bolts will hold that Piranha Tooth Bar on ...

One hour job takes..... Too long. Like this post.

On my little tractor I usually put it up on blocks or ramps to work under it ... At least it's not quite as stupid location as the oil filter on my 5.7 Hemi ...

    Step up my fueling game

I'm cheap! Once I have time I plan to assemble the 55 gallon barrel and filter, hose, build a cradle and pallet, plus a elevated dolly for it, gravity flow works out of a 5 gallon jug, don't see why it won't work out of a 55 gallon barrel ... My SCUT should be able to lift it out of my pickup...

    What's cookin' boys?

It's not like "scratch" my momma taught me, but it works ... I did throw in a handful of rolled oats yesterday though ... I try to keep the "mess" making in the truck down, and the dirty "dishes" too ... I'll take them in with me in the morning when I get a shower, the room has a sink, toilet...

    What's cookin' boys?

I will admit that I kinda cheated on the biscuits ... I used Bisquick! But ... I noticed something on the back, a recipe that caught my eye . . . Today I had a slow load, and I took a different way around Nashville, and stopped at our terminal in Lebanon to the East of there, and...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I turn mine off to fuel ... Old (probably current law, that is now overlooked!) law that said we had to shut off our diesel engines trucks to fuel ... Lots of drivers leave there trucks running, but not me ...

    What's cookin' boys?

Decided to bake some biscuits today while I'm stranded in Atlanta ... Drizzled some honey on them, and next thing I knew there were all gone!

    Box Blade

While you have been given good advise, I'll throw a monkey wrench in the gears with a question ... Are " maintaining" or "building new"? For maintenance, which I'm guessing is what you really want to do ... I'd consider a "Land Plane" ... 60" - 72" some have rippers too, if you want them ...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

My guess ... Is that a "post" is more substantial, and will take longer to decay than the smaller ends of the rail ... Could just lay them up on a small slab of rock partially buried?

    Stabil wins, hands down.

I never said one way or another ... I'd suggest a couple of deep breaths . . .
