Fabricated it. I need to redesign it some, I have to make a hinge where it is welded to the plate. I can't float it, the arms are to heavy and it digs in even with the shoes on the plow. But it works great for piling snow, don't have to dump it like with a bucket.

I have had good results with Lalvin Bourgovin RC 212, little longer ferment time but I think it leaves more berry flavor. Have not tried natural fermentation.
