    lx2610 hydraulic top link

Oh, wow! That’s twice as long as it was when I ordered mine a couple years ago. Think it was listed as 20 weeks, and it was accurate. If you can order and wait, I believe it’s worth it.

    lx2610 hydraulic top link

@MtnViewRanch is the man behind Fit Rite Hydraulics. Order early, he’s probably got a good backlog. I did, and couldn’t be happier with my top link.

Who's running a flail mower on a BX?

I have a WoodMaxx with Y-blades and use it for pasture grasses, blackberries, and other small brush. Under about 1.5” brush is gravy and it obliterates everything. In grass, the cut is not as smooth as a finish mower, but much better than a bush hog/rotary cutter. I do not have hammers. I...

Who's running a flail mower on a BX?

For rougher grass and light brush, I’d choose Y-blades. Save the hammers for real brush!

    Land Pride Hitch

If you’re talking about a 3-pt quick hitch, I believe the Land Pride QH-05 is the recommended model. The only downside I can think of on this is the non-adjustable top hook. Fine with LP implements and some others, but having an adjustable hook allows the use of a much wider variety of...

Who's running a flail mower on a BX?

WoodMaxx FM-62 with Y-blades behind my B2650 is amazing for tall grass and brushy stuff. If the grass is really thick, I have to go pretty slow, but it’s fast otherwise. The 54” model would be nice with your tractor.

    Kubota’s dirty little secret!

My takeaway from this thread: 1). Thank you for sharing what you’ve learned. 2). Empathy is not a trait that is well distributed. 3). It can be difficult to determine one’s tone with written text. Hope everyone learned something from this, and has a great New Year. Let’s all try to be nice...

    WC88 chipper operation review

Nice review. And I use the exact same chainsaw when I chip. It’s 100% perfect for that use!

L series plug and play aux lighting

My lighting needs just a hair more juice than the OEM provided wiring that was under my right rear fender. I ran a hot and ground from the battery back to the underside of that fender, and used the OEM lead to trigger a relay. My setup utilizes the headlight switch to trigger the relay and...

    BX23s Canopy. Which one?

I went with the heavy fiberglass one from my dealer. It’s been great so far, but I do load it on the trailer backwards. Juuuuusssssttt in case. It doesn’t even wiggle. Downside was the cost.

Hydraulic 3 point upper link ?

Seems like I put about a grand into mine when I did my own. That was one cylinder from Fit Rite and a pair of rear remotes. if you’re not needing it too much, could do a simple diverted valve setup and use your FEL valve to operate a cylinder. That would be pretty simple, and you probably...

    Bucket Level Indicator?

And isn’t the bottom of the bucket the only angle we care about? Whether it’s using the “level indicator” on the top of the bucket, or simply the top edge of the bucket itself, we’re just looking for a reference that shows us what we can’t see from the seat. The angle of the bottom of the...

    Bucket Level Indicator?

The plate, yes. The little sticker that tells you what the plate is, not so much. I use the plate visual way more than the little rod and tube deal.

    2022 Kubota LX3310HSD 4WD Utility Tractor (Unused)

And the loader, from the looks of it. Agree with the fella above, hard pass on the 3310.

Anyone made their own PTO Pressure Washer?

Guessing you’ll need some speed increase to make the pump spin at the right speed. My concern would be that after sourcing everything to make it work right, you may just be better off with a stand alone? Toss it on a trailer with a water tank (IBC tote?) and you’ll be off to the races.

    WoodMaxx chipper

Man! This thing is badass. Clipped low-hanging limbs off of some spiny tree of death out in the field and fed them to the new machine. Anything under 3” just buzzed through like butter. I chipped a couple them that were in the 4-5” range and had to slow the feed speed down a bit, but it...

    WoodMaxx chipper

I think they do, but my current system is solid. If I didn’t already have it for my flail, I’d be looking at their other top link options.

    WoodMaxx chipper

WM website shows orange or black for color options. Figured I wouldn’t snivel too hard about the color when shopping used! Lol. Nice looking piles of recycled branches you have there! Should be able to unload that snowblower without much issue. Might toss it in the classifieds for more...

    WoodMaxx chipper

Alright! Finally had some time to get the new-to-me chipper hooked up and off the trailer his afternoon. Having a high school daughter in volleyball is turning into a full time gig… Like my WoodMaxx flail, a Land Pride QH-10 does not work since the top hook isn’t adjustable. Also like my...

0% Interest Going Away in October?

Probably a good money maker for Kubota to lose the 0.0% loan rate. Just me thinking out loud here, but don’t they simply add in the actual cost of the loan with the MSRP? Seems plausible that they bank on us being naive enough to believe it’s “free” financing, and then just add the...
