The fel slowly leaks down when it is raised could that be the trouble

The fel was used nearly a year before this issue started,by the way when I cleaned screens last week I found a very small piece of green rubber, did this come from a seal in the pump

The fluid and filter and cleaned the screens were changed last week,I usely use kubota fluid,but sence it blowing it back out I put 303 fluid this time to see what happen,still blows it out ,a tube comes down from the top of trans by the brake peddle think is the vent ,the fluid comes out it...

Fluid and filter was changed about 4 months ago and used all Kabota parts and fluids. It stays outside in barn or shed. There’s also a rubber hose running down around gas tank that fluid come out of it to. Thinking this is the vent tube.

I have a B2710 that will puke hyd fluid out dip stick tub while running fel. What will cause this. Thanks for any help.
