Need Codes but Digital display inoperable, 2017- L3301

Oh CAN bus huh, that's exciting. Y'all are goin DEEP now! In the automotive world, we check these "communication" lines with oscilloscopes & break out boxes. CAN commmunication consists of 2 signals, a high and a low, and generally range from 0-2.5 volts. The termination resistor Jay is...

safety on a hill going straight up and down

No doubt. It took a long time for me to get comfortable navigating around this area on our property. This tractor as well as my 3301 had no issues climbing the dam. I did learn a couple years ago to stay out of there early morning when the dew is still down. Slid her sideways about the last...

safety on a hill going straight up and down

Definitely up and down for me. Our pond dam is steeper than I really care to fool with but its gotta get cut. 4wd engaged, trans in low, loader down low....never sideways

    New Cars/Trucks

I will say this for the newer 1500s, they got the safety part down. The neighbor I was helping this weekend totaled his brand new GMC yesterday. Almost 6k miles on her. His was the 3.0. '24 model I think. A nice T boning at an estimated 55mph. We got 2 roads with stop signs that intersect...

    New Cars/Trucks

I don't think anybody has stated they are less reliable. Its obvious you never have experienced turbo/turbo related problems at your shop. My shop on the other hand has and does. I've stated and given examples of these issues that I OFTEN encounter on these engines. And its only based on 25...

    New Cars/Trucks

I'll agree with that. The ONLY thing I EVER see older tundras/sequoias for are secondary air injection faults. Very solid setup.

Turbos never go out LOL Boxing up yesterdays core from a 6.7 powerstroke I did yesterday.. And this actually was a warranty I had just installed from jasper a few months ago. April yesterdays I actually have never had any turbo failures on the 3.5. Several 2.0s in the edges. The 3.5s...

Farming Simulator 25 needs more Kubota and Land Pride representation

I "farmed" with my youngin a couple years ago. Pretty cool game. Think it was FS22. We're into flight sims nowadays. A guy knows about enough to get himself in trouble if I ever sat in a real plane LOL. I see you're in Meridian. Pass through there often going to my inlaws in bama. I'm live in...

    What's cookin' boys?

I really appreciate the awesome advice. I'm 100% trying that next pie. Sunday's pie was probably my 8th or 9th blueberry pie and i've probably done it differently each time. I noticed frozen berries wouldn't come out as runny but still wouldn't be where it was supposed to. Last year the...

    New Cars/Trucks

Yea, i'd say you definitely did more than alright on that deal LOL. Too bad they can't all go like that. I've done 2 2.3 ecoboost timing jobs in several years versus possibly an easy 20ish 3.5 jobs just THIS year. Couldn't tell you how many over a 5 or 10 year span. Had to buy a seperate...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Well, as long as shes cooling good to you then mission accomplished. I hate you had to go through that though. The oiliness is what we look for to. Although several manufactures have dye in the system from factory, I haven't actually used any dye for several years now. Easy enough to find...

    What's cookin' boys?

I bet you didn't. I never have issues out eating somewhere that involve/warrant complaining or asking to see a manager. Sometimes something may taste different than you prefer or whatever but it is what it is. We've cooked long enough that its all my children know and honestly prefer our food...

Grass rows, are very annoying how to avoid? Using the MMM.

Our side discharge on the cub cadet makes a hell of a mess if we don't cut weekly. Really need to look into getting a bagger for it. The rear discharge on the tractor though distributes nicely and doesn't make the yard look bad with trimmings.

    What's cookin' boys?

Yea, That world sounds way worse than mine lol. That certain folk we keep around here that'll consume their entire meal, complain, and contribute to the demise of most businesses.

    New Cars/Trucks

Well put sir. I believe lack of maintenance has everything to do with it as well. 10k mile service intervals for gas burners are generally not the best thing for the majority of the population.

    What's cookin' boys?

Got some brats and hot italian sausage for lunch today. Boiling them up to temp then will sear them off on the griddle. Meanwhile, gotta toast them buns! Time to head out to the griddle All fixed up Time to get started on that pie. My youngest youngin was firing off questions left...

    What's cookin' boys?

I am 100% stealing that secret LOL. I've found berries right off the bush end up runnin like a mother! I usually use around 6 cups (which I now see is a mistake lol) and often need to use a fair amount of cornstarch to thicken up. I do use lemon juice and cinnamon as well. Along with a bit...
