    b8200 rod bearings

fj55 :) Ed is spot on and in fact most machine shops won't accept the job unless they have undersize bearings available because they want the tolance to be the recommended clearance for proper lubrication. You say rough surface.... generally, if you can feel uneveness across the journal...

    grease fittings

Roy adding to what's been said you can take a pick and push in on the zerk ball and if it won't move freely then I suspect the ball valve is stuck in the head. At this point you will have to remove the fitting to examine and most guys just replace them but they will be metric threads...

Come on Ed Give it up on the HPCR V6108s & V3800s

I think in less than three years in the US you will see a CAN [Computer Area Network] buss system in J1939 configuration on these big bore engines because of their cost and the up time the Farmers need during seasonal harvest. In the US, because of the Tier 4 off-road EPA, your Techs will be...

    B3200 Question???

You got it :D same as a GST just use your left foot on forward or reverse and right foot on brake(s) or vice veras. It you want sharp directional turns lift the tie bar between left and right brakes and press only that side. Your operators manual will explain it better than me. :p

    B3200 Question???

jeri congratulations!!!!!! I want one of these for myself before I retire.;) What you are hearing on a slow lift is normal for an open center hydraulic system with variable HST and fixed displacement pumps. When you feather the controls at 2000 rpm it causes a high pressure low GPM flow...

B6000 break the tractor for clutch repair?

Chief I tried to answer you earlier today but it didn't happen. If there is a trick to loosening and fastening a new clutch rod linkage without pulling the transmission out of the clutch housing Vic or Ed will have to tell you that because I don't think you can get to the cottor pin and washers...

Come on Ed Give it up on the HPCR V6108s & V3800s

That's what Kubota is saying down here too... the biggest bore torque monsters they have ever offered in a Mid-Size Ag market. They are slowly going after the "Green" market hold here in the US.

Come on Ed Give it up on the HPCR V6108s & V3800s

I can't stand it any longer  without hearing about the new direct injection high pressure common rail V3800 and the V6108 turbo charged intercooled diesel's from Kubota for the new Mid-Size Ag tractors. What's the factory scoop Eserv? What's the (E-CDIS) & (E-DIS) maintenance needs and...

help with new loader on l245dt

That's amasing how close GS's weldment looks like that picture in your operators manual. Mother of invention is the Father of necessity :D This is really turning out to be a cost effective project and the components look pretty good for their age.....;) I haven't seen one of those flex...

    B6200 Ignition Switch Removal

Hang in there we have had the same outrageous rains here in the deep South this year. Birmingham area 64 to 68 inches this year already. Our pumpkin cash crops rotted on the vines because we couldn't get to them with machinery. Corn was so soggy the kernels molded in the stocks! Global warming...

    Introduction, and a question(of course)

Mr. Holm I don't think Kubota made a plug in sensor to replace this feature as the idea was to measure the specific gravity in the OEM batteries cells and the originals lasted for years before they sufated and needed changed. If it really bugs you..you would have to figure out the resistive load...
