Used the DR (and BX2380) today. First leaf vaccing this Fall. Filled the 330 gallon trailer twice.
Actually over-filled it on the first run. Had to stop and disconnect the hose to clean it out.
That seems to happen at least once every season...

Got the vac trailer hooked up to the Kubota again and cleaned up another batch of Fall leaves from the back yard. Filled the 330-gallon trailer twice more. Wind and rain overnight and now it looks like I didn't do anything out there.

Did a bit of PM on the tractor while I had it out - oil, grease, etc. - Nothing heavy. Oh yeah, took the loader off it for now. I'll put it back on when the snow starts to fly.

Had a good sized maple fall a while back. Finally got to it for firewood. It was up a small embankment next to my driveway, so I threw a chain around a few sections and pulled then out with the hoe. Had to reposition the chain a several times. I was envious of y’all with winches! But then I thought about using a wheelbarrow and was grateful for what I do have.

I'm not sure this counts as I wasn't on the tractor. I was standing beside it and it only took a couple minutes. I had a leaky dump trailer tire that needed a inner tube to fix it. I used a grapple tine to break the bead. Worked very good. Pic is after the fact just to show how I set it up.

That’s a lot of leaves! It’s frustrating how one night of wind and rain can make it look like you never touched the yard. At least the tractor got some maintenance done before winter rolls in.

Greased up the tractor and mower deck. Checked all the fluids and filters.

Headed out to the back pasture to do some mowing and fall cleaning. Spent a couple of hours mowing and now need to bring the chainsaw and the pole saw to do some more cleaning and opening up paths.

A week ago we got over 4" of rain Sunday into Monday, then another inch in the middle of the week, and .75 this past Friday night into Saturday; it's been very soggy. My driveway could really use some time pulling the land plane; hopefully today or tomorrow will be that time. Also...if the MIL could not drive through the grass, that would be very appreciated.

Just getting started. That was mostly maple leaves. Most of my trees are 80+ year old pin oaks, and they haven't even started turning color yet. Also have a few hickory and sycamore trees, plus I'm bordered on three sides by oak and maple forest so I get a lot of those leaves, too. Ladt year's count was something like 40 trailer loads.
