2023 B2601 with commercial blower and brush hog - 29hrs - fair price?

Hi all,

Recently mover to Colorado. Have 5 acres with 2 horses. Looking for a good tractor for mucking and other horse duty as well as landscaping help and - most importantly - snow removal / moving. Found a newish B2601 with blower and brush hog. 29 total hours. Is this a decent tractor for my use case and what would be a fair price (priced a new unit with the attachments and it was ~$35K). If new is $35K, then used is just a little less, only $1k to $2k less in most circumstances.
Kubota's don't depreciate that much at all.
With that few of hours and if it's new enough you might still have factory warranties in play.

Yes, it's probably enough machine for your needs. Does it have a mower as well as the brush hog.

The B2601 is a small machine, but that's often good with mucking out. It won't lift heavy bales if you have that in mind. Otherwise, it does everything a bigger machine does, but slower (and more cheaply).

I paid $18,000 for my 2023 B2601 with a box blade, front end loader, and pallet forks with 52 hours on it. I not sure what a snow blower or bush hog runs but my estimate for new on mine was $26k. So I saved 8k.
I can’t imagine the seller would get more than $24K for it. But what do I know?

So far I’ve moved gravel and dirt and box bladed and lane planed with it and I have not been disappointed. I tried lifting a pallet of landscape blocks and it was not able to do it.

I think it could do 90% of what you want it to do. But I wouldn’t pay $35k for it.

A lot of the used B2601 around here had belly mowers and back hoes. I didn’t want either so it eliminated a lot of potential used ones for me.
