Have an MX5100hst that won't move forward or reverse. No shavings, strange noises or broke linkages. Safety switches all good. PTO works. Split the tractor and found the clutch to be oily as well the flywheel. Throw out bearing is greasy as well. Would this scenario cause the tractor to be able to turn the PTO (not under load) yet not move the tractor?

If it is a gear transmission, yes, the PTO would work as it does not go through the clutch. The PTO is powered from a shaft that is splined into a hub bolted onto the flywheel.

Being that it's an HST, if the PTO is working with power, then no the clutch is not the issue.
Are you sure the range is engaged?

Have you tried to move the tractor with 4wd engaged?
Have you verified that all of the HST control linkage is intact, and moving properly?
