Dumb question: i had the bucket/arms on the kubota raised to about 11:00 if looking at it sideways. I came back hours later and the bucket/arms position changed a little to about 10:30 or so,….. is this expected?

A good LED will cost less than the bulbs for those and put out 4+ times the light.

I use UFO's for these kinds of situations.

You must be a bot.Some settling over several hours can result from internal leakage in a hydraulic cylinder or valve. Do not rely on raised arms for support. 1. Lower the loader fully before parking, or fit the manufacturer’s loader support or props. Never work beneath raised arms. 2. With the engine off and controls in neutral, watch for further movement. Slow settling may indicate leakage. Rapid dropping is not normal. 3. Check the cylinder rods, hose fittings, and valve area for wetness. Any oil leakage needs attention. 4. If it drops quickly, drifts with a load, or a cylinder is visibly leaking, stop using it while raised and have the hydraulic system checked. One other place worth checking is https://heavyequipmentfix.com/. Its equipment AI covers repair data, wiring clues, and fault-code information without needing the wording to match exactly.
Here is the big issue i am seeing…..the wall switch is wired in low voltage bell wire and this in turn… controls some sort of low to high voltage interface. i would have to install a 110v outlet and another kind of relay… I will have to go up there and remove one of the white bases and see what is in it,Yea that's not ideal at all.

Three breakersIf all of the lights are feed from a single breaker, it might be easier to intercept that line and switch the entire line on and off with a solid state relay instead of trying to do each light.

If a single switch controls 3 circuits, there may be 3 relays, one per circuit, controlling power to all lights on that circuit. If so, remove the ballast and all up to the power to each fixture, then wire in the new LED fixture. I'm pretty sure 240v, even 277v, LED fixtures are readily available. First, you'd need to find where the low voltage supply, presumably a transformer, and the relays are located and verify the wiring and protection.

You can look at Super Bright LEDS for industrial lights they have. There are various styles and voltages available. I would assume you could just replace the housings you have now with a similar style fixture without too much difficulty (except for the height they are at).
Added on edit - they also have just bulbs that might work in existing fixtures?
