Nice find!

Those 3/8 chains are heavy though. I kinda wish I had chosen something smaller instead of 3/8 for my trailering needs.

But for 10 bucks, I would have been on that like "white on rice". (y)

Good find. I found a 2"X6ft 5000Lb sling/strap while on the 1st UTV ride this year on Friday laying on the trail in the snow.

That was a great find.

I've seen similar 3/8" lengths sell used at auction for $15-20 each, plus buyer's premium and sales tax...... often sold in lots of 3-5, sold by the piece.

Someone got "auction fever..."

I have several 3/8" chains, and yes they are heavy, but this 10 footer is light compared to my 25', 30', and 35'.
I also have a new 20ft 5/16", that along with the new 10 footer will be my new "go to" transport chains.
I'm pretty sure all my long 3/8" chains fell off of logging trucks.

Was gifted a Stainless Steel chain on my trip back east.
.408 dia, 22ft long.
Not quite as strong as steel chain, but not a problem for what I haul.
Pretty stuff.

From afar looks just like a longer version of the 3’ timber rattler i damn near stepped on Saturday. Spent $2.37 with one discharge of a high quality carry round on that three feet. I’d say your 10 buck deal is preferable…
