My B2620 PTO shifter gets stuck on occasion. if it is all the was down or if all the way up, particularly if the lower arms have come up all the way to the BH mount.
If it is "stuck" in either position I really have to force the hydraulic control lever it to get it to move, but once it is free it moves as it should. Occasionally the FEL will either move slow or not at all and then I fuss with the pto lever and things work.
Any suggestions as always is appreciated.

Thanks Mike

Your statements are confusing…

Is it the PTO lever or the 3PH control lever that gets stuck?

Since you mention that the FEL is slow, I would assume that the 3PH feedback rod needs to be adjusted so it is not going into a position that activates the pressure relief valve of the hydraulic system.

That might effect the PTO if it is a hydraulically activated clutch on the PTO.

PTO = POWER TAKE OFF which is the spinning shaft out the back and sometimes bottom facing forward.

Three point are the arms that stick out the back for lifting an implement.
