google ' mason jar cold coffee filter' or similar words.... shop around, I got mine for maybe $15? from TEMU years ago. Amazon wanted $30+ at the time. Mine just fits in and has a mesh bottom. Some are tapered.
using above search. Very good price, others are $49 !

Fuel pumps aren’t rocket science. I say buy the one for 35 bucks and learn your lesson.

This.

Some parts should be replaced with OEM only. The very basic lift pumps on these tractors are NOT on that list. They are brain-dead simple and very easy to change.

Now, IMO, the actual high pressure pump would be OEM only. But not that stupid little lift pump. It's got a very simple task and any dumb Chinese knock-off is going to be fine.

That’s actually scary that it failed with low hours. Makes me nervous being a BX owner.
It shouldn't. Lemons happen.

4 "Attempted deliveries" from Amazon and I still don't have them.
Amazon just announced they will not be using the USPS for deliveries in the future. So that means we will receive less from them, as USPS, UPS, and FedEx are the only ones that get anything to our address. We've never had anything "delivered by Amazon" Apparently their drivers don't understand rural routes.

I'm going into town this week. I will try some farm centers or big box stores to see if I can find something. Otherwise, it's TEMU to the rescue.

I paid about $15, but that unit is no longer available. :( Fit like it was made for it, too.

Maybe too many problems with them. Our carrier just doesn't bother to deliver packages that are big enough to annoy him, and then lies about it. We know it's happening and can't do a thing about it.

Hmm. I don't think so. It will just be delivered by UPS or FedEx instead of USPS.

"Amazon is planning to end its long-standing tie-up with the U.S. Postal Service as the e-commerce giant prepares to expand its nationwide delivery network"

We will see if they actually expand out here

TEMU wins. I ordered a week after Scamazon and already got it. I think it was $11 for two. Little wire modifications and it works fine

Mine got blocked 7 years ago, had to remove tank to properly clean it. Tiny chard of plastic was wedged in the exit spigot.FYI NO 'camera' would have seen it ! Since then added a 'cold coffee mason jar filter' for $10 from TEMU, ZERO issues and I can pour 10 liters of fuel in fast.
I'm trying to find a disassembly video for my 2022 bx23s. Not having much luck. Trying to figure out if ROPS needs removed, How to remove lowering speed adjustment knob and cutting heigh knob. Any advice is appreciated.

I'm close to the point of cutting a hole in the tank to clean out. I've tried borescope but the 3 compartment style tank is a bugger to move camera through.

Yes ROPS OFF
Warm the knobs and pull straight off.

Yes, ROPS needs to go, then ^^^$% heavy seat assy, a helper makes it nice...then both 'floor pans', again 2nd guy helps.
The lower speed knob... you rotate it 90 degrees, then it'll slide off. Yeah I didn't know , broke it, $6.88 for a new one I think. It was cheap ! if you look at at 'online parts' and zoom up you can kinda see how that knob goes on. All the rest ,yank hard but careful.
Taken slowly , I did it all myself...it's not that hard. Just be sure to have real good lighting and a clean workbench to put all the parts that come off !

View attachment 168942 Knob 090 has to be rotated 90* so it slides off of roll pin 020. The knob has internal T-slots. You'll understand when you get it off and look inside it !

Thanks. That helps a lot. This project is turning out to be more of a pain than I thought. Unit only has 220 hours and still under warranty. (IDK if tank cleanout is a warranty claim or not, doubt it) Something definitely in the tank. When changing fuel filters, the primary was filled with sandy particles. Machine runs well for a while then loses power and stalls. Let it sit 10-15 mins then runs just fine.

Already did a primary FF relocation with better filter installed. Also added stainless coffee filter to the fill hole.

Does the fuel pick up line inside the tank have any sort of filter or sock?

Considering cutting an access port in the top of tank to simplify cleanout process in future.

No, the 'spigot' is just the 'tube' you see where the hose is connected. In my case a thin sliver of black plastic found it's way INTO the 'tube', blocking 99.44% of the fuel so I had to 'baby' the throttle to get home. 5 minute trip took 1/2 hour......
I had similar hours. After I did it( nice warm sunny summertime) , called dealer and the gal said it'd be a 3hr charge ( 3 x $135 , back then..) so maybe call them up, check on the current price. If you do go to dealer, drain the tank first, take off ROPS, should save you a few dollars.
You do have to remove the fuel level sensor, and some wires( rear lights). Most of this becomes obvious.
The WSM is on www.kubotabooks.com. it should explain most of the steps....
Since the tank is 3 chambers, I don't know if one access port is good.
idea: while the tanks off and clean, you could glue a section of screen over the 'tube' opening. Say a 2" square of SS window screen using some DIESEL fuel rated 'glue'. Course my luck, the glue wouldn't work and a blob of it would plug the tube.......

This was 6 years ago,so memory is fading, but have at least 1300 hours , ZERO issues.

Thanks for the advise. Kind of blows my first tractor is experiencing this but in time I will prevail LOL!! I've already gotten tons of work done with it already. Good little tractor for my small homestead and landscape work.
