The Radio Flyer wagon that my children had beck in the 80s has been used and abused for many years, so I decided to refurbish it. I disassembled it, every bolt came loose even though it has set outside for many years. Took the pieces to a local powder coater and had it done in red and white. I was able to buy a new bolt kit from Radio Flyer, but they don't have the decals or paint mask for the logos on the sides. One site has them, buy want over $75 for two of them.
I took pictures of the logos before it was refinished, and I'm working on importing pictures of them into the vinyl cutting program I have so I can cut them out of white vinyl.
Next project is a friends Schwinn 20" banana seat bike from the same era that needs to be refurbished. I did a little 16" bike for her grand kids a couple of years ago.

N.Y,
I turned ours into a hitch carrier for my BX. Perfect size.

Did a similar on last winter with a wooden stake side wagon. Thankfully I had a buddy with a blasting cabinet for all the metal.

I want to build a wagon like that for a garden wagon.

Your wagon is looking pretty spiffy!! The vintage toys are way to cool!!

My older buddy gave me his childhood art deco 1930's Skippy Racer Scooter for a winter project one day. He was about to throw it in the dumpster 😲. I gladly threw it in my PU box and said I'd like to restore it and hang it on the wall one day. Have been looking for replacement wheels or even just the rubber tread for the original wheels.
