Hi,
I have a 1992 Kubota M4030SU How do you check the transmission and hydraulic fluid level. I have no dip sticks or sight glass. I have fill plugs for both. I have a owner's manual and a service manual but they do not mention anything about it. It is a great running tractor in great shape. Thank you for any information.

There is probably a fill level plug that you remove and stop filling when fluid starts to run out of the hole.

A pure guess on my part but see this plug #30 near the fill plug on the rear of the tractor

That plug is a return line location. ;)
It would be a "tad" overfull if you used that as a fill indicator. 😋
