M9960D trans noise question

Have gear noise while setting still with Trans. range in park and shuttle shifter in either forward or reverse . Hydraulic fluid and filters changed , didn't make any difference.

M9960HDC by your chart in post. A friend has a M9540 for comparison that doesn't have any noise when shifted to forward or reverse.

There isn't an obvious issue with that model.
You need to make a video / audio of the noise and post it on youtube and give us a link to see / hear it.
