BX 25D will not keep running

I have a BX 25D that will run at any speed until I put a load on it. It acts like it's out of fuel. I have cleaned the tank, replaced the fuel pump and both filters. I'm at a complete loss as to where to go from here. Thanks

Have you replaced air filter and made sure there is no blockage to the intake?
