I was out of town yesterday, but got a call from our local Kubota Dealership, about a recall on my 2014 BX25D. We personally know the Service Manager, so I know it’s no type of scam. He had a Mobil service tech out doing the part swap ( take out the old, install the new sensor) and my wife was home, so it got replaced without me even being home. 5 minutes and done.

Alright - you have my attention - I have the same machine - 2013 BX25D = what sensor and was it only affecting that specific year?

I’ll talk to him next week. I know he ( service mgr) saw my name on the list and scheduled me.

I have a 2013 BX2360. Have had some occasional issues with the temp unit.

A little cleaning of the spade connector has apparently fixed it. Been a couple/few years with no problems.

Be curious as well.

Check out your coolant bottle recovery cap. Take it off the bottle, and see if the proper sized drill bit will go all the way thru the nipple. If it does, great, if it doesn,t take a couple of minutes and drill it out. Apparently some of the caps weren,t drilled out at the time they were manufactured.

Yeah - that bit came out a while back, several years ago , I checked that as soon as it became public knowledge.

Bearskinner mentioned a "sensor" - I am curious if it is something I need to look into.
