Do any of you use diesel oil additive in your Kubota engines? I have a 2014 B2650 with 269 hrs on it. Years back on the farm I used Konklin oil additive in my diesel tractors
Thanks for your input
Jeff

I had very noisy lifters in my Corvair and put a can of Sea Foam into the engine oil, and it quieted down in about 5 minutes. When the Powerglide wasn't shifting correctly in my 1962 I put a can of Sea Foam into the transmission and it smoothed out the shift points. Sea Foam is the best!

My little 14 horse diesel has only seen quality oil and filters for close to 40 years The 3 digit hour meter has turned has turned over at least once ( I suspect twice) . No oil additives ever. I change the oil twice a year and do not actually track the hours. This tractor is home owner property and is not run daily so I over PM it.
IMHO: looks like heck , but, it runs well and has never let me down. Not counting stupid self induced issues.

You talking to me ?
Is so, no. I must admit that I have only changed out the coolant once.
Yes, I was referring to your 14 HP engine. Most of those small diesel engines were air-cooled, and used in sailboats as auxiliary power when the wind stopped. Many were 1-cylinder engines.
