Thanks guys. Taking it tomorrow. Where do I find out what type and how much hydraulic fluid mine uses?

I have an 80's Kubota L295DT with a front end loader. One of the lift hydraulic rams is leaking bad and I was wondering if it's cheaper to replace or repair? Also I cannot seem to find a part number on the ram other than 2786 is that it or should I be looking elsewhere?

So if a seal is leaking it comes out that hole? I had read somewhere that the hole was for an accessory and kubota plugged it, but after years and years the plug will give way. Here's an arrow point towards where it's coming from.

I just cranked up my tractor and oil began to shoot out from the block. I'm providing two pics of the hole it was coming from. What is this and why is it doing this? Note that both pics are turned 90 degrees for some reason. ..........

Thanks guys. Turns out my grandmothers basement key turns it on... Now I've found a pair of keys that fit a L295, but doesn't have L295dt listed. The keys look the same so I'm guessing both tractors use the same key?

That won't work. My keys look like this.

The closest dealer is about 45min away and although my road is clear for the most part I cannot get out of my driveway.

Hi, it's to freaking cold out for me to troubleshoot on how to do this, but what is the easiest way to jump start the battery on one of these? Also if the battery is bad do I have to remove the entire hood in order to change the battery out? I heated the engine up for a long time yesterday and...
