    Milky oil in gearbox.

No pressure washing. Doubt it was residual from the first time. I just changed the oil and only checked it two months later and it was milky again.

    Milky oil in gearbox.

I changed the gear oil in my one year old LandPride finish mower and the gear oil was milky. Since then I ran it for about two months and sure enough the oil is milky again. The tractor is stored indoors, it has never been used in the rain and I never mow wet grass. So where is the water coming...

    Leveling out a field

Level a field lol, That is the rocks (only the large ones) that were dug out of a 40 foot long trench for the water line to the house. Every time you stick a spade in the ground around here you hit a rock, maybe its the size of a baseball or maybe the size of a car. Like a box of chocolates...

Try pressing down, turning and holding for a moment then release. Sometimes if I do it to fast the switch will not hold in the run position.

Bill of Sale 1969 Ford 3000

I found the original bill of sale for a Ford we had that we sold a few years ago. It was kind of expensive for 1969 as you could buy a nice Ford Mustang for that.

    Skid Loader vs Tractor

For the driveway , clearing land and grapple work the track loader. For mowing the tractor would work best. I dont know what kind of grass you have there where a 45Hp tractor cant cut it. Maybe there is a problem with your cutter.

BX23 head assembly marks or exact same cracks?

I would do a block combustion leak test, that way you can confirm if there is combustion gas leaking into the coolant system. Real easy to do.
