Since my last update I have flushed it several more times. I filled it with water and pulled the drain cock out and the red water ran out! For some reason, the past several times I flushed it the water didn't look that bad. This time the water was extremely rusty. I kept on filling and flushing...

Right in front of the shaft that runs to the hydraulic/transmission pump. There is a rubber sleeve/collar that has hose clamps on it. It was leaking right in front of that sleeve. Now nothing.

*UPDATE regarding the oil pressure light* Changed out the old original oil pressure switch and BINGO. No more oil light. Many thanks to whoever suggested this simple and cheap fix!

scott, there were no rags or tools left behind. I removed the screen assembly and the drain plug that was just below the screen assembly. Just not certain of how much oil goes in.
