I am not using Either..I know better...small shot of Brake Clean is all..Im as wits end trying to figure this thing out..You can crank it and run it all day..shut it off and try to recrank it right then and it will not start..no codes are displayed..but when its running blows out alot of black...

I have a KX40 and I have to hit it with a shot of brake clean for it to crank..engine been rebuilt..I was told could have a sticky injector not allowing it to build enough fuel pressure for ECM to signal injectors to inject fuel and they are electric...Is there anywhere I can send these...

Can this cylinder be rebuilt or does a new one have to be bought?

There is no warranty on this machine..I am 2nd owner. I am going to just start replacing every fuel line on it and see. Its getting a ton of air into the water seperator I hadnt ran the machine for a couple of moths and tried to start it and its been acting this way since. A motor just dont go...

They do not repair an engine at all at this dealership..They only replace with brand new from Kubota..They said it showed same issues 2 skidsteers had and they are replacing the engines in them.

Either has only been used 3 or 4 times and only a very small amount ,, motor runs to good to be anything with the engine wrong...but its got me stumped on the air in the water seperator

Yes its computor controlled engine...done replaced water seperator and fuel pump it was running good till parked for about 2 months and now acting this way..took it to kubota dealer and they ran a check on it and found no codes. all they said was it needed a new motor for 21 grand.

I have an issue with fuel somewhere..It will not start unless you hit it with a small shot of either...there is alot of air going into the water sperator..engine runs great ..strong ,,but from time to time will skip like air is in the system..I have replaced fuel pump and water seperator to no...

My machine is giving me a system error code of 065...Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Has anyone had to remove the engine from this excavator and if so how much trouble is it? I can see the engine but wow at what has to be removed I think just to get to it.

Your right but where could it be..if it was being forced back through the rotary joint it would be making either a drive motor move or the swing on the blade move but it does none of this. I am still thinking it could be the cylinder and I had it checked and was told it was fine. I replaced the...
