Well You were right. Thanks for the insight. Unfortunately, I read this after taking the covers off and disconnecting the cable on both ends. Learning experence. Durin reassemble, I lost both cotter pins. Acain learning more ever day. Thanks Again ed

I have access to a l3301 The PTO is engaged all the time. When I looked at the PTO activation lever I found the cable was not moving. Does anyone know what the cable does ???

thanks for everone input. I solved the problem altrhough not necessary the correct way. I checked the contacts for the PTO switch arm and found they were not making contact. Bent them a little now it works. Need to find out why when the switch is in the correct position, they don't make...
