MX 5100 float position on rear remotes

Currently have one set (2) of factory installed rear remotes. Looking at getting a hyd. top link. Does the remote control have a "float" position. My controls just shows arrows one way or the other. Have never used the remotes prior.

Filter for MX 5100 fuel tank inlet.

Is anyone aware of a SS drop in fuel tank filter like the one being used on the BX tractors. Tank opening is 1 3/4". Interested in better filtering the fuel when filling.

    New to Orange Tractors

Hope your dealer covered the use of rear ballast. Very in important when tractor has a frt end loader. Numerous ways to go from rear weight ballast to liquid ballast in tires. Possible your dealer already had tire ballast pumped in. I would check if nothing was said.

Proper ballast load for b2320 with LA304 loader?

Rear ballast for sure. You stated it is a narrow and will be using it on sloped ground. Being a narrow it is less stable on slopes. Keep your loader close to the ground or you risk tip-over. Personally, I wouldn't want a narrow. They are a specially designed tractor for a special purpose. I...

Are wheel weights necessary for “typical” work?

Rear ballast is always a must have with loader work. 3-pt is usually better because it can be removed when not needed. This can be a ballast box, rear implement, etc.. Wheel weights are normally left on.

    3 point hitch

As others have said, the three 3pt will float up if not secured down. Two options, use the draw bar for trailers, which is the safest or place something under the rear of the trailer, blocks/jack, etc. to support the rear of the trailer while loading/unloading preventing it from raising the 3...

    Snowplow extension wings

Tanks again to all those who responded. I mounted side wings that I purchased from Amazon. Didn't actually follow the blade curve but think they will be OK. Maybe some of the aftermarket Kubota manufactures should look into providing such wings. Also added the rubber top flap which works...

    Snowplow extension wings

Thank you all for your posts. I have ordered mental extension wings off Amazon that are for an ATV plow. They appear to extend the width some but also are curved in some to allow the blade to carry more snow when plowing straight. When blade is angled, should still allow snow to be cast off...
