Ok that's pretty much what I have been doing low range around things in close quarters and high range when on open ground thanks for the reply.

I have a BX15 with a 54 inch mid mower my question is should I cut in low gear or hi gear it seems to cut ok in both just slower in low range I have been cutting in hi but just wanted to ask the pros thanks

I most say y'all were right Iam so glad I had a set put on, I put them on and MAN THAT THING WOULD PLOW!!! I was really surprised it did I great of others need traction in snow you need to get you a set.

Sounds good alansz400 I got it used and they gave me the chains hope they fit tight on the tires going to put them on in the morning and have some fun..... I hope!!!

I have a BX 1500 will putting chains on the rear tires help with traction in snow using tractor on gravel ground it has truff tires on it trying to move snow

I just purchased a BX 1500 and 2004 and the temp. Gauge doesn't work is there a fuse somewhere I should check? All the lights on the tractor work as well as the fuel light will flash when fuel is low but the temp.guage needle will not move
