When I first got my Z421 it would like to sputter at certain times, especially when I was turning around at the end of a row and I also thought I had a problem with my new machine. Turns out I was lifting my butt off of the seat just enough to cause the safety switch to think I was getting off...

Planted some winterberry bushes today. The mini-ex sure makes removing sod easy.

Dealer delivered and installed the FAE bl0 ex/50 for my excavator. Took it out and started the learning curve. On a more mundane note, I did get the lawn cut with the zero turn.

I also use a dewalt 20v grease gun and just added a locknlube adapter on it. Seems to work well on all of my equipment.

If your pto selector has 3 positions ( mid, mid/rear, rear) try it in both the mid/rear and rear positions to see if that might possibly help.

Does anybody have a pdf of the Z421 WSM that they can share? I looked online and all I found were owner manuals.

For those that use the JD Fuel Transfer tanks, when you go to get it filled, does the larger diesel nozzle fit in the opening? The place where I will be going for off-road diesel has the larger nozzle type and that is why they will not fill the yellow 5 gallon jugs.

I have no real reason to put the loader back on yet, so I'll leave the snow blower on for another week or 2 just in case...

We are looking at 7-9 here on Sunday/Monday. Winter is not quite ready to give up just yet.

Just a thought, are your tracks tensioned properly? If they are loose that can affect travel.

Has anybody run a BLO EX/50 Mulching head on their KX-033-4? I am looking at getting one for cleaning trails and areas where I can't get with my tractor and either flail or rotary cutter. The ex/50 is supposedly the correct size as not to make the kx-033 tippy compared to the ex/75.

Not sure about physical size differences, but I was told by the dealer that the KX-033-4 is the smallest size that has both heat and A/C in the cab.
