    L3901 Loader Failure

Old thread I know, but as someone in the future will run across it, like I did just now, searching for a solution to a similar problem, thought I would add to it. Just as AllenBC made mention of, (thank you!) which solved my little issue, my three point was in the FULL up position and it caused...

More easily adjusting lift rod on 3 point?

Thank you both for those last two posts. I didn‘t notice either one until this a.m. and appreciate it. I know nothing about those leveling boxes, but will be sure to check them out. The way I‘m adjusting it now, with those two “nubbins” is terrible and I really want to change it. Thanks!

More easily adjusting lift rod on 3 point?

Did you use a length of pipe with an approximate 3/8” I.d. to slip over a nub? or somehow make it fancy to somehow fit both nubs?

More easily adjusting lift rod on 3 point?

Interesting. Any idea why something like that wouldn’t be available for the L’s?

More easily adjusting lift rod on 3 point?

Hope this is the correct subforum. I see very little on this subject, so here goes… I really dislike adjusting that right side turn buckle on the lifting rod of my 3 point. Especially for frequent adjustment. I keep it greased, but find there isn’t really enough to grab a hole of, on those...

Oh! That’s good to know! I googled for hours but somehow didn’t run across that. Thanks.

E.A. Wicked grapple hydraulic Ram not available??

Apologies for dropping the ball with this thread. I ended up learning two options for folks that run into this problem of finding a 2”x5” cylinder for a 55” Wicked Grapple. 1) I talked with the manufacturer/ distributor for these Grizzly cylinders in North Carolina. Nice and helpful folks...

E.A. Wicked grapple hydraulic Ram not available??

I will check those part numbers. Looking for off the shelf cylinders, I called two local fairly large hydraulic places near here and they both kind of laughed when I said 5” stroke. 900 clams is a lot, as I’m seeing tons of 2 1/2” x 6” Grizzly (same brand) for under $190. Even the larger...

E.A. Wicked grapple hydraulic Ram not available??

Just like the photo, but… My mistake, me and my friend both have the 55” Wicked grapple and not the 60”. I just looked at the specs and the 60” uses the 2x6 cylinder and the 55” uses the 2x5“ cylinder.

E.A. Wicked grapple hydraulic Ram not available??

The Ram is half open and the grapple is off the tractor at the moment, but will retract it to measure.

E.A. Wicked grapple hydraulic Ram not available??

Unfortunately it snapped right at the threaded portion where it threads into the upper yoke, so no room for a bead. We tried..

E.A. Wicked grapple hydraulic Ram not available??

Maybe some were the 6” stroke, but the ones me and my neighbor both have are definitely the 5”. We both purchased our grapples 3 years ago. Looking again at the the grapple info you posted it says “3rd hinge in center” (I don’t have) and 400 lbs (not mine!) That’s some other model. We are...

E.A. Wicked grapple hydraulic Ram not available??

It figures that now that Everything Attachment's is out of business (sad and hard to believe) that I now need a hydraulic cylinder for it. The 60” grapple (I love it) It uses a Grizzly Brand 2” x 5” cylinder, model # 107669A. I just spent over an hour scouring the internet and hydraulic...

    L3901DT Hydraulics Not Working

Dan, THANK YOU. I hope somebody helps you some day when you need it! After watching a few YouTube videos, I removed and disassembled my W.R Long spool valve. It had a very small piece of debris that was causing the spool to not center itself. I used a probe and lifted it out then sprayed it...

    L3901DT Hydraulics Not Working

Dan! If your still out there and willing to give me just a tiny bit more advice please? Being a total newbie at hydraulics I’ve really delved into learning how my system works and where all the hoses go. I’ve really been trying to learn! I think I may have diagnosed what my problem is...
