I'm rebuilding my Kubota B5100E tractor engine. I've only worked on engines with timing chains or belts never gears with an IP pump. When I line up the 1 mark with the crank and center gear, the 2 mark with the cam gear and the 3 mark with the IP and rotate the engine they are no longer lined...

Thanks again D2 Cat. I found a 1 1/8" deep well socket I forgot I had and lightly tapped it with a hammer and was able to remove the nut without any issues. I already have the head off so I'm going to remove the camshaft for for repairs.
