It’s always a PIA when things just don’t line up! It looks like there is little wear on the mounting surfaces, do you know if the BH has ever been on this tractor and sub frame? If I am interrupting your pictures correctly it looks like the BH mounts are about 7/16s wider than the sub frame...

Thanks for the responses. The mill is a 2022 only had 13 hrs on it. All seemed right and tight. Started right up and ran nicely although it was not under load. I'll for sure be joining a sawmill forums now that I own it. :)

I got a line on a used woodland mills bandsaw that i will be taking a look at, any suggestions on problems to look for. Thanks Mike

No issues. I will occasionally check during a mow, but that is to make sure the grass has not found its way to the shaft and bearing seals. There has been no accumulation of debris. :)

If you do drill the holes make sure they get filled, with a bolt, something solid. A filled hole is stronger than not. :)
