To reply to my post about glow plugs on l4310 i found the temperature sensor on the thermostat housing is bad and that was the problem.

It will not start when it is colder unless i keep trying but there is no voltage at glow plugs when the light goes out.

I have a l4310 hydro with rops 4 wheel drive at first the glow plugs stayed on light to replaced controller the light went out but now it only stays on a few seconds like 3 i replaced the relay timer and it is still the same when the light goes out after 3 seconds so does the power to glow...
