Thanks for the solution. We have a place not far from here that has all of the different fittings and I think I have found a 3/8" NPT with .031" orifice. Really appreciate the help. I was looking for a 3" but the place I got it from only supplied the 2". I'll have to start looking for a larger one.

I did not think about that. The cylinder is a 2" bore so would the .060 still work or would I need a smaller one?
