Fan belt, ac belt came off M9540

It sure is! We got a really nice Seppi S9 mulcher for it and it is a pleasure paying for the diesel that this combo deals to the gorse bushes with! We started with a b7100 with a 1m rotary cutter and after using a 40 year old Kubota that still is awesome, I was pretty keen to get a bigger orange...

Fan belt, ac belt came off M9540

Hey thanks fellas, appreciate your help on this. What was strange imo was the adjustment on the alternator was tight and the pulleys seemed ok but it's not my strong point mechanics, I'm a wood worker dabbling in farm machinery ha.

Hey there, I was mulching today and noticed the battery light came on followed by the temp coming up. Turned everything off and jumped out of the cab to find both belts have come off the pulleys. Managed to get the main belt, alternator and fan back on with vice grips in the field to get me...

    M9540 overfilled transmission

Hey everyone, we bought a m9540, the dealer (non Kubota!) fully serviced it before handover. It turns out they filled trans with the loader extended and after using the tractor for 2 hours with a flail mower, the side shift was leaking although all fittings were tight and when I pulled the...

    M9540 lever above trans dipstick

Hello all, new to the m9540 and I am wondering what the blacked handled lever above and to the right of the transmission dipstick is? I have just recently 2 days ago bought a seppi s9 flail mower and the side shift was working and now it isn't, it was leaking a lot from the coupling and...

    M9540 engine life expectancy

Thanks for your reply and knowledge! The tractor overall I would say has been well maintained, the motor starts easy and doesn't blow smoke. The pto has not had very much use at all it was mainly loader work carting sand at a racecourse.I am curious about the pto clutch and hydraulic clutch...
