The pto lever is on the transmission tunnel . I have read the manual. It’s a manual transmission tractor . From what I read and spoken with to others the clutch is supposed to disengage the pto shaft when engaging the pto lever. Is this not correct

I purchased a 2017 3901L Tractor. The PTO on the rear of the tractor looked brand new like it had never been used. The problem I’m having is when I engage the clutch. It has no effect on the PTO whatsoever I’ve heard that the PTO clutch can rust together if it’s not used is there anyway that I...
