I have had the same problem with my B6100. Started to disassemble the front end and noticed a complication. The PTO shat is so long that it appears that I must dismount the engine from the front frame to get the gear cover off. Is that so?

I have an 80’s vintage B6100 4wd With an FS850 rototiller. When towing dirt in second gear I hear a click click noise at a Speed close, possibly, to the rotation of the wheel. in third PTO gear the noise does not occur. If I raise the Rototiller in second gear out of the dirt and spin the...
