    Snowblower/PTO load on BX2380

I don't even have a tach on the BX2200. You can just tell from the sound, and yes, when it starts to bog down, just slow down. If you see black smoke, definitely slow down. I use high when I am doing a straight driveway and I don't want to keep shifting from low to high when backing up...

Wanted - Used BX2200D Fuel Tank

I have no affiliation with this guy, just remember seeing the post on craigslist. https://worcester.craigslist.org/grd/d/fitchburg-kubota/7021027523.html

    Knee replacements and MMM

On BX2200, I was able this year to try this and it worked. Disconnect the pto and pull the lift arm pins and then drop and remove the front hanger bracket. I then simply lifted the front end up with the loader, pushed the deck forward, and when dropping the loader, slowly back up while curling...

    Snowblower sprocket breaking

I will also add that I had chains snapping all of a sudden on my blower. I looked at the bushings and bearings, and what was happening was that under load, it pulled the auger forward, which then misaligned the sprocket, snapping the chain. Possibly look at the same thing on your blower and...

    Snowblower/PTO load on BX2380

Hey Christopher. I have a BX2200. I run the thing at full throttle blowing snow. I've never hurt her doing that. New England winters are pretty tough, usually being thick heavy snow. If I drop it at all, I will start to see black smoke, which in turn will actually be worse for the motor...

    BX2200 New Guy Questions

Hello and welcome to the BX2200 club. Get ready for the all too frequent comment of offering help and getting, "Oh, I don't want you to hurt your tractor." For a sub compact, it is a beast. It is (my opinion of course) the perfect home-owner size. People are constantly offering to buy my...

Has anyone gone to foam-filled front tires on a BX?

I will add two things... You can add whatever you want for filler without worry about weight. Remember, the weight is inside of the tire, not hanging on the tractor, so no wear really for bearings and such. I have never had my 2003 BX2200 turf tires leak except for when the temp changes...

Thinking about selling my BX snowblower

When I was pricing them out to replace mine, I could get a brand new head unit (blower without quick hitch) for $2300 and change. Mint condition, I would believe $1500-2000 is possible, but diminishes quickly with even rust, in my mind. I bought a year old one for $1000 in near-mint condition...

BX2750D Snow Blower for sale for parts

I have a 2750D that I was going to rebuild. It needs a new housing ($560 at your dealer). I bought the two shaft bearings, and still have them in the package. New sprockets and chain last year. What happened was that the lower bearings were gone. I hit a piece of ice, and it pulled the...
