Did the later 80's B5200 4x4's come standard with rear hydraulic remotes?

    Whats this L185DT worth>???

Can any of you guys give me a rough idea as to what my 1982 L185DT 4x4 tractor is worth? I'm considering selling it and want to get some idea as to what it might be worth. It has a front end loader, ROPS, brand new 500 pound counterweight with reese hitch adaptor, 2 brand new front tires (Not...

    What model loader is this????

Have you got any pictures of a L1730 loader>? Thanks.

    What model loader is this????

Some say the loader that's mounted to my L185DT is a 1200 and some say it's an L1730. My local Kubota dealer says the L1730 is what's listed for a loader that came on the L185DT tractor. Nothing is marked or stamped on my loader itself; that would be too easy, but all four cylinders on the...

    L185DT starting issues

Thanks guys. I figured it would do no harm using for cold starts and cold weather starts. Just wanted to make sure. DIYDAVE, did your dealer get you the knob and cable? I need the whole assembly. I'll check with the dealer as well. Thanks.

    L185DT starting issues

So I found an old thread about using the compression release to start the L185DT tractors but it said nothing of whether using it all the time is a bad thing that could result in damage? My question is, will using the compression release all the time, damage the motor? Also, does anyone know...

Side mount hydraulic resevoir fluid level

Good morning all. My L185DT has a side mounted hydraulic resevoir located by the loader cotrols. My question is, to what level do I service it to? There is no sight gauge and I don't want to run low. On the otherhand, I don't want to over service either. Can anyone guide me to the correct level...

Hydraulic cylinder seal kits - Kubota L185DT

I'm hoping someone can help me in identifying what model front end loader I have so that I can order the correct seal kits for the hydraulic cylinders. There are no tags or data plates on the loader, as it was painted some years ago. All I can find is a marking on all for cylinders that reads...

    Conflicting tire size specs.

So my Kubota L185DT has 6-14 front tires currently on it. They're cracked beyond belief and I ordered and received two new 6-14 front tires today. The issue is that after looking a bit, I notice that the Kubota Tractor Operators Manual refers to 6-14 front tires within section 2. SPECIFICATIONS...

    3pt hitch lifting capacity

I disconnected that single ported hydraulic cylinder by disconnecting both pins and set it aside while I tried out the 3pt. Hitch again and the hitch lifted that hoe like cake. I'll be buying an top link assembly instead and am going to completely do away with that hydro cylinder set up. Thanks...

Kubota L185DT Loaded down pressure and power loss

I don't think my 3pt has adjustable settings. Please correct me if im wrong. As far as the pump goes, it looks like theres a front mounted pto pump, as the main inlet and outlet lines to my hydro fluid resevoir originate from the very front of the tractor where what I think to be a pto pump is...

Kubota L185DT Loaded down pressure and power loss

Should my L185 DT have enough loader down pressure to lift the front end right off the ground without using any bucket articulation? Mine will only lift the front end off the ground by lowering the loader to the ground and then rolling the bucket forward using the bucket controls. I just find it...

    3pt hitch lifting capacity

Well diydave, methinks you're right. After hours of research, my hoe seems to be a k600 or k650 model and all the photos ive seen do not have that hydraulic cylinder mounted, nor a pressure hose attached via a "T" fitting. The solid adjustable mount bar from hoe to rear of tractor is all that's...

    3pt hitch lifting capacity

On the lower right hand side of this photo, you can see a "T" fitting where the hydraulic return hose is routed back to the hydraulic tank and the other hose gets routed down to that cylinder which seems to be working against the 3pt hitch while trying to raise the hoe. I don't see how that...
