B7200 Hyd pump change. To raise my confidence level a bit I'd certainly appreciate a general guide on the steps required to change my "weak" and probably worn hyd. pump. (Can't lift 100 lbs after oil is warmed up) Do you, or anyone out there have a check list of how to go about changing the...

My B7200 Tractor manual tells me the capacities of the Steering Box, Front Axle Differential and Front Axle Gear Case , but doesn't mention the oil weights. Would it be 90 weight?? Thanks for an advice. Fred Newman, Winsted, CT

    B7200 Quick Hydraulic check

Does anyone know if there is a reasonbly quick / simple way to check if your wonderful Orange tractor's hydraulic system is performing (putting out) what could be called a reasonble pressure. I think my B7200 is putting out, but would like to know if it is doing so at an acceptable level. Thanks

    B7200D suit case weights

Since I have a loader on the front end of my B7200 there isn't enough room to hang the suitcase weights on the nose end of the frame. I could simply throw them into the loader, but they get in the way when I'm working both the loader and backhoe. Are there any clever ways anyone might suggest to...

    B7200D Hydraulic Strainer Location

Roadblocks continue . . . . I had my Hydraulic oil and 26 MM socket and was ready for removal of the strainer. After nearly and hour of struggling on the ground, I found that I can't seem to break the strainer. A short pipe on the end of the rachet wrench (the longest that can fit in the area...

    B7200D Hydraulic oil change dilemma

Bubba, Thank for your 5 cents. After re-installing the strainer, I'd refill the transmission at the normal filling port. Your suggestion of using a thin wall socket however, has me planning to go to the "wrench store" this week.

    B7200D Hydraulic oil change dilemma

The road blocks just keep coming. Crawling beneath my lovely B7200D, attempting to loosen and remove the drain plugs I quickly discovered the the sizable framework for the backhoe comes very close to the plugs. So close that I can't get a box or socket wrench on the buggers. Trying an open...

    Wheel weights, weights etc Help

Re: Front end weights MY newly purchased B7200D has a loader and backhoe attachment. When lifting anything of any consequence with the backhoe I can expect the front wheels to lift off the ground. I thought I was smart and purchased three suit case weights for the front end. I thought I could...

    B7200D Hydraulic Strainer Location

The current lead article was very timely for me as I spent over an hour today crawling under my B7200D with the manual in hand (illustrations aren't really that great), trying to locate the strainer cap and the drain plugs. The manual illustration certainly looks like the strainer is on the...

    Steering wheel play - B7200

"Playless in Connecticut" . . . . I no longer have steering wheel play after following your instructions. The rubber stopper, having been painted during my rattle can primping, was disguised among the Kubta blue. I'm happy to report that I "think" I don't have a lower bearing failure. Time will...
