Actor and martial artist Chuck Norris dead at 86

It has been said Chuck Norris counted to infinity twice and that once he told a woman to 'calm down' and she did. Amazing man. RIP.

Pretty much guaranteed our power never goes out

Agreed, we also have the 20K version and it has been very nice to have on occassions.

    Thinking of buying a L2600DT

^^^^^ This. It is similar to my L2350 (but greater HP) and mine does everything you cited in your post. FEL will lift about 900 lbs.

Help with working on a slope

Best of luck. It is an arduous task that lay ahead of you.

Help with working on a slope

IF you do, please take a video. Jumping cactus is a whole 'nother cat. Take pliers and tweezers with you .

Help with working on a slope

;) Just put up a sign reading 'FREE Cactus'. There will be some idiot come along and want them.

Help with working on a slope

^^^^^^ This. Some of the replies so far are absolutely comical. Cholla will have to be removed by hand. Sever the roots and remove the plant the best you can. They are a HORRIBLE cactus to deal with. The object isn't to 'kill' them, it doesn't matter dead or alive....they must be physically...

    Leaf in the fuel tank!

Agree that a borescope would make it easy to 'locate' the leaf once the tank is drained. Then vacuum out or secure a wad of tape (sticky side out) to the end of a coat hanger and probe for it. I'd try any number of things before removing the tank.

    Oh Deer

S Same here (Deep East Texas). Feral hogs are much worse, though not struck as often as deer.

Electronic torque wrenches ... are they worth the cost?

I like my Cornwell unit when really precise work is needed.

What type and size of rock/other for this wet hillside?

Update, put some 3" crushed granite rock on the hillside. It has been several months now with infrequent traffic (4 wheeler, large and small tractors and my Land Cruiser). So far it has all worked out wonderfully. Time will tell if a different approach is needed, but holding up well so far.

    Name The .22 Rifle

All Marlin 39's are essentially 'Take Down' by design. The newer one pictured has a cross bolt safety I believe and a dandy case. But any 39 can be 'taken down' by simply removing one screw (thumb screw).

Bucket 'cradle or platform' for front of utility trailer......

Thanks for the ideas and replies fellas. In the meantime.....I found a 20' x 90" 'deck over' trailer that might solve my length and width issue. Thinking about going that way.

Bucket 'cradle or platform' for front of utility trailer......

Anyone add a platform/cradle to the front of a utility trailer to rest the FEL bucket on? The purpose to gain a little more room on an 18' trailer when an implement is attached to the rear.

    Rotary Tiller advice needed.

^^^^^ Agree with the above. Addtionally, reverse rotation requires a bit more PTO hp. OP would do well to buy a ruggedly built unit with some weight to it. There are chain drive and gear drive units as well, so a bit of research is in order if one wishes to be a 'smart/informed' buyer. A...
