I tried Discount Tire, no luck. Amazon had R4 with the rim was 300 and change. 160 for the tire only. I purchased both because I destroyed my rim. Now I have R4’s instead of R14. I should have snapped a pic of them mounted. Because the R14 was 1.5 inches taller than the R4. Same exact tire size...

I used a bed frame and a piece of steel grate with my harbor freight wire fed welder to fab this together. Came out pretty good for a beginner. I’m going to add something below, maybe a steel bar across the lower part. Quick unrelated question, does everyone run max air pressure in the front tires ?

I had 60 hours on my R14 before I replaced them. Front only. How many hours did you get on your front tires ? My Amazon options were R4, nothing showed up on R14 search. I see the max pressure is 60 psi. Do you run max pressure ?

Another question is involving the tire angle. Yours looks toed in like mine. Do you need to adjust it to run a flatter R4 ?
